GB Mobileman D3L – Horizontal System for the Production of Flowing Screeds We are offering for sale a GB Mobileman D3L, a self-contained horizontal system designed for the production and pumping of flowing screeds. Date of commissioning: 11/2022 Current operating hours: 1,978 hours The machine is still in operation. DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION The GB Mobileman D3L is a self-contained mixing semi-trailer designed for producing flowing screeds directly on construction sites. After loading the required materials at a filling centre, the machine can be transported to the site, prepared for operation and connected to a water supply. With a documented gross combination weight of 48 tonnes, the machine can carry sufficient material to produce approximately 14.5 m³ of screed on site. Actual continuous production capacity is approximately 8.5 m³/h. The machine can be cleaned directly on site after completing the job. MATERIAL STORAGE The machine is equipped with: 20 m³ sand compartment 12 m³ binder silo 2,500-litre water tanks The binder silo can be filled through the top hatch or pneumatically through the prepared side connection. Both material compartments are equipped with pneumatic vibrators powered by a compressor with an expansion tank. The sand compartment has an automatic retractable cover operated by remote control. MIXING AND PUMPING Sand is transported to the mixer by a belt conveyor, while the binder is fed by a screw conveyor. The mixer is equipped with load-cell weighing and discharges the prepared mixture into the pump chamber, from where it is pumped through the delivery hose to the required location. Mixer capacity: 300 litres Batch volume: 250 litres Production capacity: approx. 8.5 m³/h A hose reel is mounted above the mixer and can be operated from the main control panel or by remote control. SEMI-TRAILER AND CHASSIS The superstructure is made of aluminium, resulting in a semi-trailer weight of only 11,800 kg. KEMPF three-axle chassis: Front axle – liftable Two rear axles – steering This configuration provides excellent manoeuvrability, especially on construction sites and in confined or densely built-up areas. The trailer has disc brakes and its height can be adjusted to three different positions. POWER UNIT AND HYDRAULICS The machine has its own four-cylinder HATZ diesel power unit. The engine drives hydraulic pumps, which power the hydraulic motors operating the machine's individual mechanisms. The engine and mixing superstructure are regularly serviced according to the manufacturer's recommended service intervals. CONTROLS AND EQUIPMENT The machine is equipped with a control panel with display and includes: Printer for delivery notes Remote control Two batteries for the remote control The remote control allows adjustment of the water quantity and operating speed, as well as starting and stopping the pumping process and engine. HISTORY AND SERVICE The machine was purchased new from the official Czech representative responsible for sales and service. The engine and mixing system have been regularly serviced and maintained according to the manufacturer's recommended intervals.
