XE19U Excavator Features The XE19U is equipped with a high-power engine, whose power is increased to 15.4kW — a 30% improvement compared to the XE17U. It delivers strong power, enabling efficient excavation and powerful crushing performance. It adopts the original low-impact technology for main valve flow distribution, ensuring smooth and gentle operation of combined actions (travel + upper structure movement) and excellent leveling performance. The auxiliary pipeline has been upgraded to allow pressure adjustment, making the excavator compatible with various attachments requiring different pressure levels, such as breakers and augers. The flow rate in the high-pressure zone is increased by 20%, resulting in high crushing efficiency. It is fitted with a customized high-torque automatic two-speed travel motor, providing stronger power for climbing stairs, traveling and turning. The lower structure can be retracted, allowing easy passage through narrow spaces with width restrictions, such as 1-meter-wide paths, stairs and indoor areas. The foldable ear plates on both sides of the dozer blade have been upgraded from nut-fixed type to bolt-type, reducing the folding time by 90%. It is equipped with a suspended seat, and the human-machine comfort indicators — including softness, support and wrapping — are improved by 6%. The travel motor pipelines adopt a hidden layout, ensuring safe and reliable operation in harsh environments.
